Hume Innovation Centre

Hume Innovation Centre is designed to be a mix use shared collaborative between public and government sector. The 4 storey building is approximately 25,000 SF with one level of underground parking. A 4 storey atrium is provided that allows natural light to filter in. The roof is designed as a vegetative and rain harvesting membrane.
